Privacy policy

naja.vision is made by Peter Chr. Jørgensen Holding ApS, Søndertorv 21, 1., 6000 Kolding, Denmark (CVR 40959920). Peter Chr. Jørgensen Holding ApS is responsible for the personal data described here. You can write to hello@naja.vision about anything on this page.

When you join the waiting list, naja.vision stores:

• your first name and email address
• what you work with, if you choose it
• where you heard about naja.vision, if you say
• when you joined, and which version of the consent text you agreed to
• the language you used the site in
• where you came from, if the link you followed carried campaign tags (for example utm_source)
• your reply, if you answer an email

This site has no advertising scripts, tracking pixels or cookies. Emails to the list are not tracked either: nothing records whether you open them or which links you click.

Visits to this site are counted with Fathom Analytics. Fathom does not use cookies and does not collect personal data, so a visit cannot be traced back to you or followed to other sites. It shows numbers such as how many people visited and which pages they read. See Fathom’s privacy policy.

Your details are used for one thing: emails about naja.vision, mainly to tell you when naja.vision opens. What you work with, where you heard about naja.vision and any reply you send help show who naja.vision is for. Emails are rare. The legal basis is your consent, which you give when you join.

The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person, not a bot, is signing up. Turnstile looks at technical signals from your browser for that check only. It does not set advertising cookies or follow you across other sites. See Cloudflare’s Turnstile privacy addendum.

Your details are stored in a database run by Cloudflare, which hosts this site. The database is kept in the EU. Emails to the list are also sent through Cloudflare. If you write to hello@naja.vision or reply to an email, Cloudflare forwards your message to the email inbox of Bølgemester ApS. Cloudflare and the email provider behind that inbox process the data on behalf of Bølgemester ApS and are bound by a data processing agreement.

Your details are kept until naja.vision opens and for as long as you stay on the list after that. If you leave the list, your details and any replies you sent are deleted. If naja.vision is never released, the whole list is deleted.

You can see the details stored about you, correct them, or have them deleted at any time. Write to hello@naja.vision and it will be done. You can withdraw your consent the same way, and every email to the list has a link to leave it. If you think your data is handled wrongly, you can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet), datatilsynet.dk.

If the way your details are handled changes, this page and the date at the top are updated. If the change matters to you, you will get an email before it takes effect.
